Man Squeezing Fresh Orange Juice at Casacades D'Ouzoud Waterfalls
Ouzoud is the Berber word for "olive", referring to the olive trees that grow in this region. At the summit of the falls, there are a dozen of old small mills that are still in use and men who offer fresh squeezed orange juice.
